In January, I guess like everybody else, I went through a little stage of the January blues. I just felt a bit low, tired and generally unmotivated. I also had a massive craving for good junk food, which I have attempted to use to my advantage. I have managed to create one of the most delicious, indulgent chocolate bowls, with the intention being to share. Although, i’m pretty sure that I could easily sit binge watching a box set, whilst completely devouring the entire thing. As much as it may be completely unhealthy and contain an insane amount of calories, I have also tried to include some good stuff – in the form of berries. Therefore, getting the perfect balance in taste, texture and nutritional content.
My Chocolate Bowl.
Ingredients (1 share bowl):

Blueberries // strawberries halved // marshmallows // 4 quality mini cookies // 120g pouch dairy milk chocolate buttons // 126g pouch milky bar chocolate buttons

To begin, prep all the ingredients, ready to just throw them into the bowl. Heat a little water in a saucepan, which will be the right size for the bowl that the chocolate will melt in.

Start by melting the white chocolate. As soon as it is melted take it off the heat and back into the little bowl, where it can start to cool. Don’t bother washing the bowl out, as white chocolate will not effect the milk very much. Then repeat this with the milk and return to the milk bowl. Let both chocolates cool for a little.

Add the ingredients in this order:

  1. bluberries
  2. half strawberries
  3. 2 biscuits
  4. half marshmallows
  5. 3/4 white chocolate
  6. blueberries
  7. 2 biscuits
  8. half marshmallows
  9. milk chocolate
  10. surround the edge with the rest of the strawberries
  11. using a teaspoon, drizzle the white chocolate all across

The perfect share bowl for a chilled night in!

– have a great Friday –
