Happy Friday everyone!…my favourite day of the week! Today I am bringing you an outfit post which literally says everything about my style. In an outfit I like to use very few colours, often consisting of black, tan and nudes. This is just that, however with a funky twist. A few years ago I bought this hat in Ted Baker, thinking that I would wear it, yet not that often. Ever since I have worn it every chance I get, as I am just completely smitten over it. Nowadays I don’t see many people wearing hats, apart from maybe knitted ones, so I love to just be a bit different and try to keep this old trend alive. The pattern is extremely simple, yet just adds something special to a very casual outfit.

“This outfit reminds me of every city girl I see in the movies, and who doesn’t want to be like them?”

As well as the hat, I have also got another obsession this winter, pairing sociably acceptable dressing gowns with my black mac. This coat would never usually be worn in these temperatures, however with the knitted cardigan it adds a hell of a lot more warmth, as well as a mixture of textures. To keep my legs warm I have my thickest black jeans, with knee high boots that I think we all know by now are my signature shoes. Not only do they look so beautiful, but they are also the comfiest pair of shoes that I have ever owned. A simple Zara blouse is underneath, with minimalist jewellery and my lovely Michael (bag).
