What a beautiful evening here in the Bristol… maybe I brought the weather back from Tenerife? πŸ˜‰ Today I spent the day running hundreds of errands seeing as we’ve been away for a while, and tried to stay out in the sunshine for as long as possible because I knew I had so much to do inside when I got home! Now that I am home, and trying to get back into a routine I have decided it’s time for a summer body cleanse. I am so bad at sticking to things like this because I just love eating nice food and can never be bothered to exercise but it is time to get back to it! I have been feeling a little tired and flat recently so hopefully a healthy diet and some fitness will solve this. I have come up with a two week plan because this is a more realistic time for me to stick to something. I am going to be sharing this towards the end of the two weeks so that I can gather loads of images and write all the recipes for you. 
Tonight I am starting with a small workout, indoors just working on some strength. Abs abs abs…!
