Since Monday I have been in Dartmouth with my family, and has been so good. Dartmouth is such a beautiful place, however the lack of wifi or phone signal was started to get extremely difficult, and I think I started having serious withdraw symptoms πŸ˜‰ Hence, my blog has been a little forgotten about. I have been coming to Dartmouth since before I can remember and to me it will always be a place called home. The scenery is amazing, the shops are just gorgeous and the food every where is so good. We always stay in a hotel just outside of Dartmouth in a little village called Stoke Flemming. It is so sweet, and it is nice to be away from the crowds that are often found in the main area. Here’s a little diary of our mini break:

Birthday Time! My amazing grandfather was turning an age that I am forbidden to mention, and we celebrated by having a meal and opening lots of lovely presents.

A late breakfast for me, as I am always the one last out of bed, before getting some work done. We then went out for some lunch with some family, who live in Dartmouth, at Blackpool Sands. The restaurant on the beach is so good, and the food is to die for. Highly recommended for anyone visiting.

My boyfriend came down for the day, so we got the boat from the castle at the edge of Dartmouth into the centre. The journey is so peaceful and beautiful, and what made it even better was the amazing weather. We then had lunch at a little coffee shop, and sat choosing which boat we would like the most! We also bought some fudge from the best shop in Dartmouth, although he managed to leave it on the boat… I was very unhappy πŸ˜‰

Home Time! Seeing as my delicious fudge was left on the boat, we went back after breakfast to get two times more before heading home.

– have a good day –
