I recently made these gorgeous pizza sticks, making up the recipe as I went along, and they were so so nice. I bought fresh baguettes from a bakery so that they were perfect for the base, and as i’ve never made a pizza sauce before I opted to buy a Pizza Express one, seeing as their pizza’s are always to die for. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can make it just the way you want them, with different toppings, adding different flavours. 
Pizza Sticks
Ingredients (4 sticks):

2 white baguettes // 1 can pizza sauce // mozzarella cherries // cherry tomatoes halved // butter // seasoning // fresh finely chopped basil // toppings (pancetta, chorizo finely chopped and corn) 
Prepare all ingredients, and pre-heat oven to 200 degrees (180 fan). Half the baguettes length ways and width. Butter each side. This is to keep the bread moist, stopping it from drying out in oven. 
In a pan, cook the chorizo and pancetta. If your topping do not need cooking skip this step. All toppings need to be cooked (if needed) prior to be cooked in the oven. 
Heat the sauce in a saucepan, adding the basil and seasoning. You can also add a splash of white wine for extra flavour. 

Evenly spread the tomato sauce on the pizza bases, followed by your chosen toppings. Then some pepper, and the cherry mozzarella. The mozzarella goes on last so that when it melts it goes golden, and seals all the toppings on the pizza. 

You can also add some torn basil to present. Put the pizza sticks into the oven for approximately 5-10 minutes, until the mozzarella has melted and is golden.
